Terms of Service

This agreement is between ALAMO Artificial Intelligence Labs LLC ("ALAMOai", "we", "us"), a Texas limited liability company, and the customer who signs up for services below ("you", "your business"). Plain English. Read it, sign it, we get to work.

1. What we do for you

• Build, host, and maintain your website on infrastructure we own and operate.
• Run an AI voice receptionist and/or AI chat agent on your phone number, trained on your business info.
• Operate your Mission Control dashboard — leads, calls, transcripts, voicemails, promos, knowledge base — accessible from your phone.
• Update copy, prices, hours, services, and brand details on request, in a reasonable time.
• Optional add-ons (marketing tiers, social management) are billed separately and only if you agree to them in writing or via email.

2. What you pay

• One-time build & deploy: $500. Charged when you sign up.
• Monthly platform: $150/month. Covers hosting, voice agent, chat agent, dashboard access, ongoing updates and tweaks. Charged automatically each month from the card on file via Stripe.
• No setup fees, no contract length minimum. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice (see §5).
• Founding-customer pricing — the rate above is locked for you as long as you stay continuously subscribed.

3. What you give us

• Accurate business info: phone number, address, hours, services, prices, photos.
• Reasonable response time when we need clarification (a day or two, not weeks).
• You own and are responsible for the content of your menus, prices, and any claims about your business.

4. What you own vs. what we own

• You own: your business data, your customer leads, your transcripts, your phone number, your domain name.
• We own: the underlying software platform, voice agent models, dashboard code, prompts, and infrastructure.
• If you leave, we'll export your customer leads and call recordings to you in a usable format within 14 days. We keep the platform.

5. Cancellation

• Either side may cancel with 30 days' written notice (a text or email is fine — keep it in writing).
• You're billed for the month you cancel in. No partial refunds for partial months.
• We will turn the AI agents off, hand you your data export, and unhook your phone number on your final day. The website hosted by us stops resolving when service ends; if you want to keep the design on your own hosting, we'll provide a one-time export for a reasonable fee.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for anything illegal, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent. We can suspend service immediately if your account is used for fraud, harassment, or activity that creates legal risk for ALAMOai. We'll always tell you why.

7. Uptime and reliability

We target 99% uptime for the website and AI agents. We're a small operator — outages happen. We'll fix things quickly and tell you what broke. There is no SLA credit; you can cancel any time per §5 if reliability isn't acceptable.

8. Privacy

We collect call audio, transcripts, and leads on your behalf, store them on our infrastructure, and make them available only to you and us. We do not sell your customer data, your business data, or share it with third parties for marketing. Sub-processors we use (Anthropic, Cartesia, Minimax, Telnyx, Stripe, Cloudflare) are linked in the dashboard.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, ALAMOai's total liability to you for any claim arising out of this agreement is capped at the total fees you've paid to us in the prior 3 months. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profits damages. If the AI agent says something dumb on a call and you lose business, we'll fix the agent — we won't pay you for the lost booking.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute is resolved in Hood County, Texas, where ALAMOai is based.

11. Changes to this agreement

We may update these terms by giving you 30 days' notice via email and posting a new version at alamoai.org/legal/terms. If you keep paying after the new terms take effect, you accept them. If you don't agree, cancel per §5.
